Sausage Add-On

Price includes making and packaging the best Italian or Breakfast sausage you likely have ever had.

Grind Add-On

$3/lb - Your meat brought ready to grind

Appropriate meat trim, or other meat (depending on customer request), will be ground with 10-20% pork back fat. Ground meat will be wrapped and labeled in 1 pound packages.
